Open a new file in photoshop.
Choose the Custom Shape tool from the tools palette.
Choose the shape you’d like to use. I chose a spade.
Right click on the layer and choose Rasterize Layer.

Choose a darker color in the foreground.
Select the gradient tools from the tools palette.
Use the following settings for the gradient.
Make a gradient by holding shift to keep it straight, and pull from the top to the middle.
Right click on the layer and choose Blending Options.
Select Stroke, and use the following settings:
Choose Bevel and emboss and use the following settings:
Select the text tool from the tools palette.
Write the word next to the shape. Select the word but not the first letter. Open the character palette and select the superscript.
Choose the line tool from the tools palette.
Draw the line under the word.
